Recipes and Personality Tests

Hello wonderful human beings, how have you been? I have been good.

Remember the list of goals i have for this year? One of them is to cook everything on a cookbook, and I had started with a cookbook called "True Roots" which I bought because it said it was dairy and gluten free. The problem was that the majority of the recipes called for goat products to substitute the cow ones, and the ones that didn't required fancy ingredients like veal or quail. For those reasons I decided to change to another cookbook that I have.

We did try a couple of recipes that are on this post if you want to read about them.

I got this recipe book as a wedding gift from one of my sisters. I had used it in the past and it is perfect for learning how to make things from scratch. I have already made two of the recipes and I am excited to try more.

The first one was slowed cooked tilapia in tomato broth with rice.

And last night I made chicken fried rice.

So there go two recipes of 275 that are on the book. I am excited to continue cooking and finish the book.

Last night, Brandon and I decided to take the The Myers–Briggs personality test just to find out what personality type we are.

Brandon's type is Craftsperson (ISTP) Introvert, Sensing, Thinking and Perceiving. According to the test he is an observant artisan with an understanding of mechanics and an interest in troubleshooting. He is practical and approaches his environment with flexible logic.

My personality type is Counselor (INFJ) Introvert, Intuition, Feeling and Judging. According to this test, I am a creative nurturer with a desire to help other realize their potential and I have a strong sense of personal integrity. I am creative and dedicated, and have a talent for helping other find the original cause to their personal problems.

What do you guys think? Does this describe us?

Have you ever taken a personality type test? If so, what is your personality?

I think that is all for today. Until next week, don't forget to share your love, and do something that makes you absolutely happy.
