The End of January Brings Some Business Talk

Hello beautiful human, how are you doing today? I have spent the morning watercoloring and simply enjoying the moment.

I have a craft fair coming up in March, where I will be selling notebooks and paintings, so I really have to work on that. But I am also working on not overworking myself, and reminding myself of the importance of enjoying what I am doing.

I know that not everything is always easy or enjoyable, but I also know that there are aspects of my life that I have the power to change and control. Having my own business is not easy because it does require work, obviously, but I get to define what my business is, and what that work looks like.

The objective of my business isn't to become rich or famous, I honestly don't think I could handle being in the spotlight. The main objective is to sustain my passion for creating and sharing art. I mean, who doesn't want their hobbies to pay for themselves? Right?

But we also have bills. In a perfect world, no one would ever have to worry about money, but that's not the world we live in. So the second purpose of my business is to help us pay for bills. We want to live a comfortable life, but neither one of us believes that money is worth working ourselves to death.

Imagine how much happier we would all be if we could all follow our dreams. I know it sounds like I am delusional, but I truly believe it is possible, and I am determined to make it work.

What are your dreams? Are you living them? You want to know a secret? It's never too late.

What do you think? Let me know in the comments below. Until next time, don't forget to do something that makes you happy, and share your love with everyone around you!
